Is this possible to do in circuit studio?
To the best of my knowledge there is no automatic teardrop generation available.
There is a PDF document that describes the differences between AD and CS. I don't see a date in the document but it does say that CS does not support automatic teardrops.

This would a useful information if a list like this is kept up to date.
To Altium and element14, please consider adding teardrops to CircuitStudio. It is necessary functionality for professional looking boards.
Thanks to modern PCB production methods teardrop pads are rarely required. Well, maybe if you are designing motherboards or flex circuits.
However, if you like the look of teardrops as a workaround you can ask your PCB fabricator to teardrop the pads for you (by editing the Gerbers).
