Generate Outputs not using entire page

Something happened recently to my CS.  The PDF outputs are now filling a small portion of page.  I don't know what's going on.  I tried changing default prints scaling among other things.  It doesn't matter if it's an existing project or a new one.  Everything just changed somehow along the way.  Can anyone help?

    Are there any other printers installed?  (including PDF printers) I have also seen their settings get corrupted in a situation like this, and we had to remove the printer that initially caused the issue, remove the PDF Print Driver, reboot, reinstall the "problem" driver, and install the PDF driver afterwards.  I only saw that situation once.

     

    Another thing to try, go into your System Preferences in the System Page under General settings, click on the PDF Export Settings and add the Page Sizes you want to use in PDF.  This was something we put in after a few problematic PDF Print Drivers were going around to allow us to override the settings.  Put in the page sizes you prefer here, and you should be able to select and use them for output.

    I am also experiencing this issue with an HP 8600 driver version 10.0.16299.15 attempting to print to Legal size paper.  Circuit Studio version 1.4.1 (Build 99) continues to scale the page to -Letter- size.  Schematic Print Properties show I have everything set right, scaled right, and that Circuit Studio "sees" a Legal Page (14000x8500), but still won't scale to a legal size sheet, and continues to scale as if CS sees a Letter size page.image

    Notice Print preview shows a legal size page and Print Properties shows scaling of 0.99, and Preview shows it thinks it's looking at a legal size 14000x8500 page.  Still CS refuses to resize output to fit the page for printing, wasting all the extra paper and making it difficult to read.

    Element 14 Support mentioned this thread, so I'm here looking, but don't see anything helpful.  This still looks like a Circuit Studio bug.

    Hi Craig, worth trying to force a scaling factor for your prints to see if this makes any difference.

    Another option to try - use the Project | Generate Outputs command option to create a PDF at A4 size (or some size that works and fills the page) and then simply print the PDF with scaling.

    I tried this method and it does not fix the issue.  I tried scaling at 1.01 and 0.99 (among other larger and smaller scalings).  Ask the developers to download the printer drivers and see what happens.  Tell us how to fix it.  One thing that you might notice is that the PDF no longer lines up with the parts.  Before I was able to click on the parts and see the information about the components.  Now that the page has shrunk, if I go to click on a component, I must guess on where it would be if the page were full-size.  This is quite troubling.  Have the developers of Altium found a fix for this?
