Can not create finance account. When trying to renew

Hi,

I cannot re-license my copy of circuit studio through the gui. Attached is the error message.

If I go to Payment Profile and select "Create Finance Account", I get the same error message: "Can not create finance account. This account has two or more 'Group Administrator' groups. Please contact Altium support."

Please help... I'm down.

Hi Charlie, I have raised a ticket with Altium to investigate. Even though your maintenance subscription has expired you should be able to continue using the software (1.4.1 or earlier).
