Circuit Studio Vault - Failed to Unzip Archive

Question

Hi, I'm using Circuit Studio 1.5 as a free trial and am trying to find and place a component from the Vault. I have enabled Vault and can find the components required, however, in the preview window I do not see the symbol or footprint and get the following messages in both: "Failed to unzip files for item revision PCC-0112-00008-1 Failed to unzip archive" = See attached screenshot. I believe the vault is via the internet and hence not sure why it was unable to unzip files (unless downloading and unpacking temp files). I presume as it cannot unzip , this is why my option to place is greyed out. Anyone with any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks Mike

The vault uses Amazon cloud services so make sure that AWS is not blocked. I've seen mention that the following ports will need to be unblocked: (http): 9880, 9843, 80, (https/SSL): 443.

Not sure why the website page will not load - that should certainly work. Could be some scripts on the page are getting blocked but this should be easy to investigate for the IT department.
