Circuit Studio Download/License taking 2-3 Days to get After Payment!

Hi,

 

So I got on Altium's website to buy Circuit Studio and then it took me to Newark's website, then I paid for the software. Then they said it would take 2-3 days for me to get the digital content. I said "Uh say what?"

 

I talked to Newark and Altium today, and nobody know nothing about this, and I'm getting the runaround.

 

Does it really take 2-3 days to get digital content?

 

If so, why in the world should it take that long to get a download?

 

Is there any way to expedite this process? I got things to do man.

    Hi Lucas. It does take time and is not an instant download because of the ordering process that takes place behind the scenes. To be fair we do clearly state this on the website. However there is absolutely no need for you to go without CircuitStudio. Are you using the evaluation version - then carry on until the license email arrives, has your evaluation expired - then PM me and I will sort you out an extension. No need to get withdrawal symptoms from CircuitStudio if you are addicted to PCB design image. Just get in contact software@element14.com.
