Align horizontal centers?

I have a vertical column of capacitive sensor pads, and I need to change the layout so that they are vertically aligned. I have tried selecting the pads, then selecting "Align Horizontal Centers", but nothing seems to work. In the attached image (of the existing design) I need to align TP9, TP12 and TP14 with TP0 for example.

 

Please advise ASAP

 

Note that I can do the same action in Express PCB in about 10 seconds or less.image
