All the compile errors can be seen using View | Messages.

Might be a warning of some sort.  The system preferences controls the color.

I see, how do I get a list of these errors?

To see if these are warnings you can uncheck the display warnings box in the system preferences and see if the lines go away.  Then to see the list of errors/warnings you can compile the schematic by either right clicking on the schematic in the project window and choose compile document or from the Home > Project selections choose the compile project selection.  A list should result.  The Project > Project Options menu can be used to define what warnings and errors or no reports are configured.

Note: turning off the display of warnings in the schematic does not turn off the warnings themselves.  You would still see them when you compile or when you run electrical rules checks if they are enabled as warnings in the project options.

I see, it is because all of my pins are "off grid". I don't see why this should be an issue and was a problem of CS's own making. The berks that wrote the software have the grid default to 5mm when my settings say 3mm, once copied and pasted the schematic in it's too late. Just another inconvenience to live with.
