Peter, what he wants it's a different feature that Altium Designer has. He wants the footprint manager (manage footprints) not the footprint wizard (create footprints).

There is no footprint manager in CircuitStudio like in Altium Designer. You can change the footprint of multiple devices on the schematic by using the inspector (View | Inspector) and then changing the Current Footprint field. Otherwise you change the footprints using the property dialog of the schematic symbol.
