cannot load library from Altium Vault

I can connect to the Vault and see the content but when I try to load a vault library into in the library dialog using Install button, I don't see an 'install from vault' option.

How can I load vault libraries into Altium so I can use them?

You would typically use the File > Vault Explorer window to find components and then add them to your schematic from there. The Vault is not an installed library and you should not try to copy vault components into your own library. It is possible but not officially supported and does require some extra work to achieve.

This is the best way I've managed to import vault components into a local library in CS. There is a way to import whole libraries from the altium vault, but it requires Altium designer and a server running your own vault to do.
