If you are referring to the ability to tent vias then it is possible to do by net. In the PCB editor use View | PCB > Nets, select the net of interest and in the lower panel select all the vias. Then bring up View | Object Inspector and change the tenting check boxes.
Peter I was referring to be able to add via's equally spaced on a ground plane or net or dedicated area. I have used Altium for several years and it has the ability to fill via's on a net or ground plane. I was hoping CS had this ability. This feature is very useful and effective for reducing EMI in board designs!
