Hi All,
I have been trying to transfer my license from an old computer to a new one. The online documentation for transferring a license is quite clear. I followed the steps exactly but when I go to activate the license on the new computer, I get an error that says, "This license does not belong to the same organisation as you so you do not have permission to activate this license". After trying a few times, the license then stopped working on the old computer. I am unsure how to resolve this and I need to get his going. I am already behind at work because of this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
