I am so frustrated with CS doing a simple board. I have been a AD user for a few years. I am so frustrated i can not get a simple DXF file into CS and now i get a fatal error every time i load the main program. Now my frustration is getting worse just trying to load a previous project and the program will not load, which may be related to the fatal error i just do not know. I know for the price paid there needs to be some condescension's made but is there any way to get to an individual who can help with known issues such as errors in loading simple DXF files. The only way i was finally able to get one loaded was i had to load my DXF file generated in Solid Edge then load it into Solid Works then save it as a DXF file in Solid Words then load back into CS then i was able to get the file to show up in CS. What a pain and i have to have my friend with a licences copy of Solid Works help me get this done. Know each time i load CS i get a fatal error which i have noted on the community with no response as of yet. CS does load load after the error noted but i can not get my projects to load, the program just loops continuously. I would sure appreciate some support in getting the program to operate properly.
I have used AD for years and very pleased, but this low cost version is giving my quite the frustration thus far.
