I seemed to be locked out of my (Circuit Studio) account. I can't log in, I can't reset my password. This has been going on for a couple of months now, but now I need access to the vault, as well as to update my software.

For this type of request please email software@element14.com. It will help if you can provide your serial number or activation code, email address used to sign in to CircuitStudio and a screenshot of any error message you receive when trying to sign in or reset your password.
