System.InvalidOperationException on IPC2581 Output Generation

I have a rather simple two layer PCB design that, when attempting to generate IPC2581 outputs, generates an error. See attachment.

Many thanks for supplying the PCB file, this helped identify the cause. In this case the drill layer pairs referenced layers no longer in the layer stack so something to watch out for in your own designs if you ever change the board layer stack.
