off grid value can't move

Question

Hi,

When place a schematic symbol with designator and comment, it may not be possible to pick and move it.

As far as I know, if the text was placed automatically to Location X 712, Location Y 419, it can not move.

Designator and comment will be able to move when I modified ones place of Location to Zeros (710 and 410).

Basically default location has never been optimal. I always move all texts manually to best position.

Editing grid is very troublesome. How do you want me to do this?

Current Document Options settings:

[Sheet Options] - [Grids] Check_Snap 10, Check_Visible 10

[Sheet Options]- [Electrical Grid] Enable, Check_Grid Range 4

I can move all the text on the sample design. If I change the properties to move off grid then moving the text is still possible but usually needs CTRL to be held down when clicking on the text to move - this prevents the symbol also being dragged.
