Copper pour does not tirm around traces but pours right over them.

I have a copper pour that I set up that initially follows the traces and pours around them. I closed the project and opened it a day later and adjusted one vertices and when pour  refills it pours over all the traces and does not avoid them anymore. What setting got changed that needs to be corrected.

    I found a link to a similar problem.

     

    Copper (polygon) pour problem

     

    Under design rules, somehow the clearance check was disabled. I have some 3D parts that are deliberately on top of each other which pop up as clearance issues. I must have some how in telling it to ignore the 3D object error turned off the over all clearance checking which ignored any traces when filling a polygon pour.

     

    I enabled the clearance check and now the polygon pour works correctly again avoiding the traces that are not part of its net.
