Unable to obtain Trial license for circuit studio

Hi,

I recently downloaded Circuit Studio 30 days trail version and followed all the steps as per the installation guide. After activating the account and logging into the registered account on circuitstudio app the trial license should be automatically installed but I instead get a license not valid message. Please help.

Did you sign into your account with Circuit studio? See the following link for directions:
System Installation, Licensing & Management | Online Documentation for Altium Products

After signing, you should be able to access this screen. Then you add the standalone license. Click the "How to use..." for the details.
