On my board when i pour the top side ground pour, the pour is only pouring my grounds. Its does not relieve any of the other parts. I have not had this problem before and don't know what i have messed up or how to fix it.

I'm not sure that I'm getting everything that you are asking. What you are stating is that the polygon pour on your Top layer only pours the ground polygon and does not make connections to any of the components? So the window reliefs are not connected. Is this correct?
So when you previously worked on this project, everything worked properly but when you opened it up recently, the polygon no longer makes connection. So it previously worked, right?
Have you changed any design rules?
Have you changed net names or any settings in your polygon?
Please provide more detail. Which version CS you are using as well.
James,
I was not very clear in my post, I did not make it clear I have done several designs in CS with poly pours working fine in all of them. This design was originally a conversion from one of my old PADs's design into CS. No matter what I tried to get the pours to work in CS it would not do so. I revived all the rules and could not see any issues, as well as the system showed no errors. I did notice there was a net showing that went to no where in the bottom left corner of screen to the parts on my board. I deleted all the parts I could see associated with this net and placed them back and and reconnected them. However this did not fix the pours either. I was tied and frustrated after two days trying to fix it.
Solution for me: I opened a new project and copied my Schematic and PCB from the other project into this new project and it fixed what ever I had wrong.
Thanks
Scott
