Hello, I had the exact same issue and send an email to: Altiumsupport@newark.com . They reset my trial account and it works now. Maybe you could try this too. Best regards, Chris.

Hello, I downloaded the 14-day trial, installed OK, but could not get the license file. The link provided in the email along with username and password returns: Error: license file could not be created.
I contacted online chat, just got an I-dont-know answer "I will report the problem and we will get back to you"...
Can anybody help ?

I have the same thing, they are probably sending the same user name and password to all trial customers.

Installation, so far......... striiiiiiiiike one.

I've got this message every single time:
Error from appregistry.live.altium.com : Invalid UserName/Password combination. Do you want to retry?

Where is the problem? Why I cannot login? I've used login credentials exactly as they came.
