    Hello, I downloaded the 14-day trial, installed OK, but could not get the license file. The link provided in the email along with username and password returns: Error: license file could not be created.

    I contacted online chat, just got an I-dont-know answer "I will report the problem and we will get back to you"...

    Can anybody help ?
