Improperly assigned NETs

Take a look at this MCPU in my schematic:

Please see pins 7, 12 which are not connected. Also look at pin 9, which is assigned to UART2_TX and pin 14 assigned to SPI1_MOSI.

When I import my changes to the PCB from the schematic I see my changes:

However, the PCB will not reflect the changes.

Not sure what to do with this.  I've restarted the application and opened/closed documents.  But at this point I can't proceed with the design.

    I'm just wondering if the problem is with the generated netlist or with the graphical PCB editor. Have you tried using any of the netlist tools, for example if you clean and then import the netlist? If you export the netlist is the listing correct?
