Hi. They probably didn't supply a symbol because it's a basic component, and expected that the footprint would be added to an existing symbol such as the one in misc. devices. As for the crashing I have had something similar before, and I think it's a bug in CS. I had to copy the component, rename it, save and copile the lib.
The Footprint Providing Service will create a footprint for you free of charge if you request the model of the part you want. Its footprint may be accurate, but it often differs from what we expected in terms of symbols. The symbols that come with CircuitStudio are standard designs and are often used when busy.
The only thing I don't like about these symbols is the resistors. The ready-made resistor symbol is horizontally wide, so connecting capacitors in parallel consumes unnecessary space in the schematic. Therefore, I reworked the resistor symbols myself as shown in the attached image.
