Missing vault menu

I am missing the vault menu. My trial license expires tomorrow, and the email support has not responded in weeks. I really need to try out the vault before the license expires!

This is a screenshot of my file menu. How can I get the vault item? I have the vault connected in system preferences.

Just to confirm, you're using CS 1.3? And In Preferences/Data Management/Vaults, the list has Name: Altium Content Vault, the Status is a green checkmark, and Enabled is checked, right?
