license problem

Hi,

I bought standalone licence with 1 year subscription from farnel. it worked without problems for 1 year. and than, I started to take "you are not using a valid licence. Select a licence below and select activate" notification and ı can't open any project.

I add some screen shoots about the proplem. Please help me.

I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with your software.
Can you log in to your Altium live account at live.altium.com?
Is it possible you have changed email address?
Have you downloaded/installed a newer version of software? This would not be licensed if released after the expiry of your 1 year maintenance.

When I bought the software, Farnel sent me user name and password like below;
Username: Installer@circuitstudio.com
Password: xxxxxxxx

I try to login for altium live acount and but this not possible for me. I type user name and password and I'm redirected to a new page (https://live.altium.com/#join/add-membership). I have entered registration information there, but nothing happened.
So how can ı change email address?

First I used version 1.2 and then I updated to version 1.3 in my subscription time.
