Can't find component in Altium Vault

There's a component I'm looking for in Altium Vault (via Circuit Studio): The Texas Instruments CD4067BM96. (4-16 Analog Switch Mux/Demux)

 

a) Any idea why this one is missing? It's in circulation, it's nifty.

b) Or am I just searching with the wrong terms? CD4067 or CD4067* didn't work, either.

b) When a component like this is missing, what do you do? Just pull a generic SOIC-24 footprint and call it a day?
