Still having issues with Printer Driver for Output Generation

A Couple of years ago I got an Epson ET-3750 Printer.  After I installed the driver, none of my output generation PDF files came out correctly.  They are all shrunk to about 60%.  I cannot find a workaround for them.  It used to be really nice when I could click on a component and it would display all of the data relating to that part.  I can still click on the parts (at 100%) but it's a guessing game as to where the location will be since it displays the sheets on a smaller scale (at 60%).  I've tried updating the printer driver, uninstalling it, changing it, but to no avail.  It's like it's stuck in this mode now.  Included is an example of a development board I designed last year.

Is there any way that I can fix this problem?  It's quite annoying and doesn't help when I create a project for a client.

Hi James. Does it make a difference if you install a completely different printer driver (e.g. PDF generator printer), set as the default and then try printing to this printer?

    Hi Peter,

The reduction in size appears to be permanent.  I have uninstalled drivers, installed different drivers.  Set other printers to default.  Installed Print to PDF drivers.  Restarted CS.  Created new projects.  All in different orders and many times.  The only thing I haven't done is reinstalled CS.  I guess that's my next step.

There is an option when you run the uninstall to clear all settings rather than actually uninstall the software - this might be worth a try.

What is interesting is that if I go to the 'Outputs' tab and select 'Print Preview' under the 'Print' option, the sizing is reduced.  But if I select 'Page Setup' and click 'Preview', the scaling is correct.  But this only works for a single sheet at a time and it doesn't embed the properties of the components into the PDF file.

I will try clearing the settings but I'm going to make a copy first.  It takes a while to get everything set up just the way I like it.
