Freie Linie oder Track in NICHT 45 od 90° Winkeln

Tach zusammen,

wieder in 45° Winkel.

Echt jetzt? .. Danke schon mal für jeden Tip!

Maybe it's a stupid question because I've only been working with Circuit Studio for about two weeks, but it's already driving me crazy.   Can it be that it is not possible to lay lines or tracks in free angles?   In the 'TAB' menu while routing, the option "Restrict To 90/45" is available, but whether this checkmark is set or not, all lines are always drawn at 45 ° angles. The spacebar can be used to switch the direction of the first bend, a 'free mode' as described in the manual, but can not be set. Just a single track without connection to another line can be placed freely. But as soon as it is changed or linked to other lines, it jumps again in 45 ° angle.   Really now? This CAD can not draw a free straight line? .. Thanks for every tip!

Hopefully a useful tip. Hit F1 or Shift+F1 when routing and you get a list of shortcuts. You might be looking for SHIFT+SPACE to alter the routing mode corner style.

Excellent! SHIFT+SPACE is the magic snatch! Thanks a lot!

But,...the problem persists when editing the line. :-(

When trying to edit an existing trace one useful trick to know about is making use of loop removal (I believe turned on by default). When drawing a new section of trace that replaces an existing section the software will automatically delete the old section if detected as redundant.
