Hi , I have a problem whith  max17632c i use it for dc/dc 24v/5v  .if i put  i small load ( 100mW) the output voltage is 4,0V  , while i put a load of  2W  tthe output voltage go to 2,5V.

then i desolder  the condensator  C1 (2,2 uF 10V ceramic used for bypass ldo pin 2) and i have 5v output  whit load of 2W (the condensator  not  have problem) , Where is the prblem?

It's a bit difficult to make out from your pictures, but you don't appear to have any vias for the ground pad (EP) of the converter.

If that's the case, you could try drilling two or three holes just to the side of the part and soldering wires in place to join the two copper layers, and see if that rescues your prototype.
