I was able to extract the multicast details from tracing the bitscope-dso executable. The multicast group is 230.10.10.10 and the port is 16385.

I was able to install bitscope-dso_2.6.EA17H_amd64.deb on an ubuntu 24.04 AMD64 desktop, after correcting the dependency on libpango in the .deb package. My hardware is a BitScope 442N Rev 3 board, with the VM-445N and Network Controller LIA BootLoad pluggable components. The only connectivity option on this board is Ethernet.
It's been years since I used the board. Since the bitscope-dso GUI comes up in SIMULATION mode, I'm assuming it's not getting a response from the hardware (or not even looking). I don't see any multicast network traffic from my desktop after clicking the GUI's POWER button.
To help me troubleshoot the hardware, which UDP multicast IP address and port number does the GUI use to find the hardware?
