The TLE 8250GVIO is integrated in an RoHS-compliant PG-DSO-8 package and fulfills or exceeds the requirements of ISO11898-2. It is also compliant with Toyota's CAN Transceiver Evaluation specification. With its special feature set, the TLE 8250GVIO is the perfect fit for the Asian market, and the needs of Asian OEMs in particular.
As a successor to the first generation of high-speed CAN transceivers, the TLE 8250GVIO is fully pin-compatible and can therefore easily replace its predecessor, the TLE 6250GV33.
The TLE 8250GVIO is optimized for excellent passive behavior in power-down mode. This feature makes it ideal for mixed-supply CAN networks.
