Our latest 40V OptiMOS-T2 product family of automotive MOSFETs is now available in advanced trench technology. These devices offer best-in-class R_DS(on) and highest package current rating for automotive motor and load control.

All OptiMOS-T2 40V products are fully automotive qualified to ACE grade and moisture sensitivity level 1. OptiMOS-T2 is available in all standard packages including TO252-3, TO263-3EV-VREGTO263-3EV-VREG, TO263-7, TO262-3 and TO220-3.
