I've been working on an epic Moto Mod project that will be able to convert a phone into a tablet - A small, detachable & secondary touchscreen display accessory that you can attach to Moto Mod to extend it's screen size - thereby potentially transformed into a Tablet from a Phone. Something like NEC Docomo Media S phone.
Our aim is to be able to extend Moto Z Mod phone's Android screen space using secondary display like it works in Windows
We have a question about possibility to extend screen in Android OS, specifically in Moto Z. If we do a Moto Mod with external display, will it be possible to extend screen with Launcher, and other apps working on it like this? (see picture below)
As far as I know Presentation APIs allows only stream Video or some user-defined data and they only work within specific user application, not as a part of Android.
Also, I've recently developed the PCBA hardware part of the Mod project (after several months of research) and now need FIRMWARE developers - is there anyone here that can help me please ?
