Probably not - Google ECG circuits and see how it's normally done, Analog Devices have quite a lot of application information - normal ECGs use differential measurements, lots of gain and lots of filtering - you might be able to replicate all this with a fancy scope (one of the 12 or 16 bit ones that can run MATLAB in real time perhaps !) but it's not a simple thing to do.
