Walter Garcia Brooks
Walter Garcia Brooks is a Marketing Development Engineer Manager for TT electronics OPTEK Technology. Walter has been in the optoelectronics industry since 2004 and has held the following positions: Test Engineer, Product Engineer, and Field Applications. He received his BSEE from the University of Texas at Dallas and is currently working on his MSEE at the University of Texas at Dallas.
