Have you tried simulating this design ?
MK
Yes i tried, but it is flickering during the dimming LED light while i used LED light. So, please give me the appropriate solution for the same.
If you were to show us your simulation data it might be possible to help. What simulation tool did you use ?
MK
We have not done the simulation we have making the our circuit on General Purpose Board (GPB) and done the testing with LED light
OK, so show us pictures and test results - no one can help you without enough information to undertsnad your proble,.
MK
This isn't quite what I had in mind.
Do you have an ocilloscope ?
You will need to take precautions re. isolation of mains AC voltages to do any measuring here.
If you do not understand why this is necessary or do not know how to safely measure mains powered equipment then you will need to find someone to do the work for you.
It will not be possible to debug this design without checking waveforms with a scope.
Is this a commercial project (ie are you designing something which you wish to amkes and sell) ?
MK
Yes, This is commercial project
It is working fine with Incandescent light bulb without any flcikring. we are dimming the bulb by PWM signal with 50Hz frequency i.e. waveform has T=20ms. And based on that we are changing the duty cycle as per zero-crossing detection

Without scope traces of waveforms it is not possible to make any useful comment.
