Hello Tech Enthusiasts,

Get ready for a lighting "revolution" with us! WE is gearing up to launch the newest technology ICLEDs, set to redefine the way we use light. But hold on tight – we don't just want to develop for you, but WITH you! Your passion and expertise are invaluable. That's why we want to hear your thoughts on which applications are most exciting for these futuristic ICLEDs. What projects, ideas, or challenges would interest YOU? How do you envision these ICLEDs illuminating your universe? Your feedback makes all the difference.

With radiant anticipation,

I agree. The WSxxxx protocol is strange. I hope it doesn't become a bizarre "standard" in the same way the wonky Arduino headers.

I would create something simple like mood light that changes with music.

IC indicates that they are addressable. I hope they will not be compatible with WSxxxx and rather implement new less timing-strict protocol. Implementing 0.4/0.8us protocol is always horrible experience which generates too many constraints on firmware (clock settings, disabling interrupts for long time, giwing away SPI and DMA just for LEDs, ...). Something like manchester with sync word for clock recovery on LED side would be much better, I think.

When we can expect more informations like preliminary datasheet?

Thank you for reaching out and expressing your interest in our products.

Our team has indeed developed cutting-edge products, that bear a remarkable resemblance to others Digital LEDs (also known as Smart LEDs) on the market. However, we pride ourselves on maintaining the exceptional quality and customer service that WE is renowned for. Regarding more specific details, we appreciate your understanding that additional information will be made available post-release. I will share the infos here when the products are launched.

On my bucket list is development of a big LED system for my large bay window that can be programmed to create fairly intricate displays and effects appropriate for different seasons, celebrations and occasions.

I would be interested in seeing datasheets for these ICLEDs

Thank you showing interest in our products.

We'd like to confirm that the WS28XX protocol is a standard in the market. Rest assured, this information will be accessible after the official release of the products.
