Raspberry Pi Zero display - 7" Element14 touchscreen?

Hello,

I just bought the 7" Element14 display and a Pi Zero but I don't think they are compatible, at least not without a lot of work. Is that true and is there a recommended display?

Here is an example for an display for the Pi Zero.

But not all is lost. Since the Pi Zero has HDMI output, you can use https://www.adafruit.com/product/2219 , to connect with the 7" Element14 display.
This is a long shot...
