I am looking to embed an RFSoC chip with an integrated antennae, and battery cache for passive RF powered operation for IoT. Can you suggest , an Soc?

coderdojostpaul2 Without a complete use case, here is a shot in the dark: https://www.xilinx.com/products/silicon-devices/soc/rfsoc.html
No I am looking for something really light, Lora GNU SDR in less than the size of a USB A female port, for a stick solution related to TOMU.
TOMU lives here: https://github.com/im-tomu
and I am creating Tomu's cousin , actually distant cousin considering Lora, and a close one with Sigfox!
ROMU is a RFSOC chip, given that a raspberry pi zero uses a 1ghz processor, I am trying to make a tiny ROMU with a 1 ghz rfsoc? is that possible, arethere chips offshelf for that? power is from usb, so we just need to integrate an antennae chip, which is easy for Lora/Sigfox!
In any case a Lora HAT for pi zero can be used!
Sorry, not able to find with such tight requirements. The 1 GHz processor speed range is the killer.
