BitScope is a scam now

pan_bit

I bought a bitscope from farnell BitScope BS05U . It looks like the company (bitscope) does not exist any more, there is no support and there is no any activity (see for example here: https://bitscope.com/software/blog/ ). They cannot be contacted.

Would be nice to stop selling/advertising any product from that company.

Have you tried emailing them on one of the addresses on their website?  They last posted on their Facebook page in May this year (don't look like frequent posters in any case) and there is nothing on their website that indicates they have gone out of business or don't supply/support their products.

I tried to contact them many way without any answer/response.

This is the latest software release: BitScope DSO | Notes . Actually there is no package for the current raspian or any other OS (Win 10 is not selectable).

I can't find the user's forum, probably removed, the last answer was from 2017 from a developer (if I remeber well).

Interestingly, a user from India tried to create some software: https://github.com/codenio/bitscope , but the documentation he found is again from 2014: https://github.com/codenio/bitscope/blob/master/docs/BitScopeLibraryGuide.pdf

I don't know about their last posts on facebook or whatever, but there is no development and there is no new product to sell, there is no response. As far as I see they (who?) are only trying to sell the goods left on hands using you and other [re]sellers or distributors.

Additionally I bought it from farnell and farnell also refused to help me (So I could not contact anyone from farnell by mail or phone and also they removed my review).
