Raspberry Pi doesn't work with vnc...

When I try to connect my raspberry Pi 4 with vnc viewer then I always get request tym out. In starting it works well with vnc viewer but now it doesn't work I don't know what to do... someone help me ....I also attached a photo in which I Run a command ie; ping raspberrypi.mshome.net on terminal and get this....

I suppose you want to connect remotely to a Pi , so you will use the preinstalled server (or install it as explained above).
Determine the IP of the Pi (as reported by the VNC server), and try to connect to it from a PC or another device using a RealVNC client. This is all you need in your local (home) network - LAN.
If the connection was not successful, make sure you are in the same network or have properly configured firewall and/or a network router (or port forwarding in case you are connecting over the internet).
