I need few things which i have in my existing hardware which is Microcontroller based (St microcontroller STM32F103VET6 we are using), which is as follows:-
1.) Lcd (16*2 lines) interfacing
2.) Spi
3.) six Adc (12 bit resolution)
4.) I2c
5.)Uart-2
6.)Usart-1
7.)approx 50 Gpios
How to modify my existing hardware which is controller based with raspberry pi processor , is their any way other then using ready made kit of it, why am saying this is because we wont be requiring several peripherals which comes in kit which is of credit card size, so that we can minimize costing of it.

With respect, if you're asking how to modify STM hardware project onto RPI and have not yet examined the interface capabilities
on the RPI, maybe you need to get the right person in your team to do this first? Then you'll know what interfaces are available
on the RPI, and then you guys need to decide how you will electronically manage any interfacing to achieve your needs.
Also you've not asked about the software - makes me think that you need to get someone to examine that too. Just a suggestion!

If you're willing to pay, then customized RPI boards are offered by element14. (Minumum order of 5000 according to that page).
Then you can specify what you don't want. The process is documented at that link.

It has been mentioned by Clem that full schematics are not available for the current models. For what is available, check out the first google hit for 'raspberry pi schematics'.
