Raspberry pi booting problem

I have raspberry pi2 model B installed with raspbian. When i give supply to pi from PC, the processor heats up and its not booting. What's the solution?

Dear friend am new to Raspberry, could you please tell me how to modify my existing hardware with controller with new raspberry pi-2 ?
Lets say if i order kit for raspberry pi-2, then will i be able to modify its schematic as per my hardware needs? Would be more then glad to recieve your reply with links to access its schematic.

The raspberry Pi 2 is not setup to change internally!
No schematic on Pi 2 right now. Most people connect external objects through the GPIO pins. If you state the project goals I can show a way.
