Hi, Nocile - The $20.00 dollors surcharge is not the same issue with $10.00 UPS customer clearing charge. This is how UPS charge canadian customer who orders items from US company. $12.00 shipping charge US is fine for me, but I do not want to pay UPS additional $10.00 to clear custom for me. It would be nice if we can choose USPS instead. It may even cheaper.
Since the order for canadian customer was through canada.newwark.com, can I ASSUME that the product was logically ship from candian warehouse, and how canada.newwark.com handle custom clearence is not my issue.
By the way, the shipping date for my Raspberry PI is May, and I am wondering is there any penalty charge for cancelling my order.

Nicole,

My understanding was that I would not pay UPS to clear the customs -- especially by going on a site called canada.newark.com... Would it be possible to use USPS instead ?
