Do you have problems with your order?

I ordered for 2 (two) payed $96.11 via credit card. Due to delivery on 23-April.

The thing is I recived one email(from info-ro@farnell.com) imediatly that confirmed my order for the 2 rpis. After 3 hours I recived an email(from export@farnell.com) with no body just a PDF with ONLY ONE rpi. And now, after another 3 hours I got a similar email as the first one with only one rpi.

In the order's history on the website the order status changed from In pending to Recived and now it's again In pending.

 

Anyone has any ideea what's happening here?

    You are only supposed to be able to order one Pi in the first batch to give as many people as possible a chance to get one.

Starting in a month or so, you will be able to place batch orders with both Premier Farnell and RS Components for as many units as you want; you’ll also save some money on postage by doing this."

     

    I do not think "a month or so" has passed since Feb 29th...

    On a serious note, they will surely fix it. You'll get your second 'pi eventually or your money back.

     

    I had a similar situation.

     

    Site was flaky. So I found the 'pi page, ordered 4, thinking the 1 per person limit had been lifted. (I "need" one at home, one at work, and two for some friends). Then I noticed a price drop at "5", so I added another one.

    Then I lost my session somehow, found another article that was significantly cheaper and had somethign like "raspberrypi" in the title, ordered 4 of those. Then I lost my session somehow. So started over. Noticed the cheaper ones are just the chipset, so left that alone, tried ordering four, seemed to work, go to shopping cart: ok, good. pay. ok. and then AFTER final confirmation I suddenly have 9 'pies and 4 chipsets.
    But apparently the amount due was not possible to be changed, and the order still shows up as costing over EUR 400, but all confirmations now show "1 'pi".

    Yes. It's true. You can order just only one piece.

    In my order history it's just 1 rpi but the bill is for 2. I hope they fix it.

    If you have any problems contact the representative from your country. Mine(Romania) is a great guy image

    I have a similar problem. I knew the one per person limit but i assumed that because everyone's estimated delivery dates were anything from march to may, that i would get two of them EVENTUALLY if i just ordered them. But now my order is classed as a Back Order (so waiting for stock) with only one pi ordered, but i am charged for two! Fix PLZ!

    I place a preoder for the one of the pies but they where asking for a po number which I know is assoicated with buessness but I do not have a buessness and they then denied my order what gives.
