Mine is scheduled to ship March 13th. I assume I am receiving one of the first.

Sorry but not a user friendly topic since most of the threads these days are frustration related about not being able to order.
I was just wondering if anyone else actually got in on the first batch. Like you said, seems like a lot of order problems. So far I have not read one person saying they actually ordered one o the first 10,000. I do not believe anything was wrong with my 1st post besides it is about a positive experience.
If you search the store for raspberry pi then all you can do is register your interest. This is how I ordered.
1. Click store from the discussion page.
2. On left side click semiconductor tools
3. In middle of page click Mcu/mpu/dsc/dsp/fpga development kits.
4. Click primary boards
5. Click primary platform.
6. Check Broadcom and the click show results
7. Pace order and receive confirmation , no waiting to register or anything.
1. When did you order?
2. Have you received an order confirmation email from Newark with expected shipping date?
Yes I received email confirmation of Ship date march 13 and checkEd my purchase order which confirmed march 13. I have since then called company on two occasions which both times march 13 was confirmed as ship date. I placed my order the day of the release.
I am very happy for you to have successfully ordered. As I've posted elsewhere on the forum, I was up at 1am eastern Canada time trying to order. I spent an hour on the Farnell and RS sites, with either no access or eventually the register interest link. It wasn't until 10am that am (29 feb) that I found a link on the forum that talked about using the part number to order. That I did. I got a 10 may ship date.
I hope you get it. I know that it's all about how many shipping legs there are. You being in the US will be about a week quicker than Canada because Farnell is doing a China->UK->US->Canada route. More delays and more customs because Farnell/Newark are stage-shipping them.

Mine's shipping on may 15. I live in New York City. Oh well, I guess I didn't register early enough. :'(. At least I'll get it by the summer.
