I was charged at launch day. Is this normal?

Hello everybody,

 

As FAQs said:

 

Q. I’ve placed an order. Will I be charged?

A.We won’t take any payment until we actually despatch your order.

 

but why I was charged 2 times at launch day:

 

FARNELL INTERNET LEEDS GB 15:5929.02.201229.02.2012-6.39

EUR

FARNELL INTERNET LEEDS GB 15:5529.02.201229.02.2012-6.39EUR

 

I just want to clarify is that normal?
