Cannot get a straight answer from any vendor, about the make origin, or what if any differences there may be.
It's made at the Sony’s Welsh facility and also in China. Does not make much of a difference where it is made as the quality is the same.

Mine is made in the UK.
I'd imagine that both plants will be in use soon enough to meet the demand!
At local Micro center in town, they have 10+ from both element 14 and allied electronics.
