Ask the title asks. Does anyone know if there is a maximum amount of Gigs the RasPi can handle for a SD Card? was just curious. Thanks again!

The processor is a 700MHz ARM11- 32-bit,
With other 32 bit OS's this limits hard drive (think that's the equivilent) to approx 2Tb (thats with 512 sectors)
and 4Gb RAM.
This is just going off of what other systems are limited too due to addressing space of a 32 bit OS / processor.
I may be totally wrong about this, please someone let me know if I've got the wrong end of the wrong stick here.
I think your best bet is to head over the foundation's website at www.raspberrypi.organd check there and also the wiki and FAQ.
I think the Pi has had problems with bigger SD cards and also certain classes of cards.
Thanks all for the insight i agree with your reasoning. I will wait to purchase one and then start with a small 4 or 8 gig till more testing shows what will work. Thanks again!
