Credit card has expired since preorder

Hi,

I orderd a Raspberry PI at the beginning of March. Since than my credit card has expired.

Will this be a problem when you will charge my card before shipping

I'm in the same boat. I did manage to get a hold of someone in the credit card department and was told that I would have to wait until they attempted to process the payment, at which point it would fail. They would contact me and allow me to update the payment information then. She promised I would not lose my "place in line" for the pi.

As a side note, if you ordered the part directly from Newark Element14 rather than preordered, and your credit card expired (like mine), they told me that they would ship the part out first and afterwards would notify you to submit a new card number.

wow that must suck....it should still be valid though I beleive. Also some cc's don't change the numbers on the front when they expire I think just the 3 on the back...but don't quote me on that.
