What about combined shipping of Raspberry Pi? £38.65 is little bit expensive for belarussian enthusiasts Can we order more than one unit in one order for reducing overall price?

As far as I know, for now: NO.

Until the backorder clears, just one per person/order.

On the other hand, Farnell usually ships for free, and they've incorporated their normal shipping costs in the RPI costs. That would mean that you don't get any discount when you order more than one. However, when time comes, it's likely there will be a lower per-raspberry-pi price-point if you order say 5 at a time.
